These Terms govern your use of flycastellan.com and the services of Castellan Aviation LLC(“Castellan”). By using the site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our role as a broker

Castellan is an air charter broker. We arrange flights operated by independent third-party air carriers that hold FAA Part 135 certificates; we do not own or operate aircraft and are not the operating carrier. The operating carrier, aircraft type, and total price are disclosed to you before any booking is confirmed.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are estimates based on operator availability at the time and are not binding until a flight is confirmed in writing. The price presented to you is all-inclusive of the components we disclose; taxes or fees may apply as stated.

Bookings, payment & cancellations

Payment terms, deposits, change fees, and cancellation policies are disclosed at the time of booking and are subject to the operating carrier’s terms. By confirming a booking you agree to those terms in addition to these.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate trip and passenger information, carry valid identification and travel documents, comply with the operating carrier’s safety instructions and policies, and use the site lawfully.

Disclaimers

The site and our brokerage service are provided “as is.” The operating carrier is solely responsible for the operation and safety of each flight. We do not guarantee aircraft availability, and we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or acts of the operating carrier.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castellan’s liability arising from your use of the site or our brokerage service is limited to the brokerage fee paid to us for the relevant trip. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Castellan against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Castellan is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
